We use the online advertising programme "Google Ads" for search and display ads and in this context "Conversion Tracking" (visit action evaluation). The Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service.

When you click on an ad placed by Google, a so-called "cookie" is stored on your computer for conversion tracking. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days , do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.

If you visit certain pages of ours and the stored cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can see that someone has clicked on the ad and thus been redirected to our website. Each AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The allocation takes place via a statistical evaluation of non-personal data

19)  Use of Facebook Custom Audiences from Website (pixel method without advanced matching)

On our website, we use Custom Audiences from Website (pixel method without advanced matching) from Facebook. "Facebook" is operated by Facebook, Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. Facebook also indicates Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland in the imprint (when the page is accessed from Germany) under https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms?ref=pf

Facebook's "Custom Audiences" marketing tool helps to reduce wastage in marketing. In the head area of the website, we have installed a Facebook "tracking pixel" that is retrieved from the Facebook servers each time our website is accessed and registers the access there. This allows website visitors to be specifically included in a Custom Audience (Custom Audiences from Website). The marketing tool is a targeting option that matches visitors to our website with people on Facebook using the Facebook pixel. We can target groups of visitors with Facebook ads.

According to Facebook, the pixel plays out personal data such as browser information, visited websites and the hashed Facebook ID of the website user.  It cannot be ruled out that Facebook also transmits the information to a server in a third country, in particular the USA.

For more information on Facebook Custom Audiences, see:

https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/audiences-api/websites and

https://developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-pixel/pixel-with-ads/conversion-tracking

You can find more information about the Facebook Pixel here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/742478679120153?id=1205376682832142

In addition, you can find detailed information on the purpose and scope of data collection at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/ under "what types of information do we collect?".

We have concluded a contract for commissioned processing with Facebook Ireland, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (Art. 28 DSGVO). Facebook Ireland has engaged Facebook Inc. as a subcontractor. Facebook processes the data on our behalf in order to carry out a comparison and to provide us with further services associated with the use of the website and the internet. Facebook may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the information on Facebook's behalf.

By integrating Facebook Custom Audiences from Website (pixel procedure without extended matching), we pursue the purpose of reducing wastage in the context of marketing and placing optimized advertising for website visitors. The purpose of processing the data using Facebook Custom Audiences from Website (pixel method without extended matching) is to create statistics for the formation of user categories in order to enable interest-based targeting of advertising media and advertising measures on the Internet. This enables us to continuously improve our offer.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data described here is your express consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a) DSGVO.

The purpose of processing the data collected in the course of the declaration of consent is to record your consent.

The legal basis for the processing of those data that are processed in the context of obtaining consent is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f) DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in being able to prove that you have given your consent (Art. 7 (1) DSGVO).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.

You can revoke your consent under “Cookie settings” on our website

Furthermore, you can change your cookie settings. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent.

You can find out how to delete cookies in the most common browsers and change the cookie settings here:

As a basis for the transfer, ActiveCampaign uses so-called EU standard contractual clauses, with which ActiveCampaign undertakes to comply with the European level of data protection. The explanations regarding google under point 6 apply here accordingly.
